Are your roller blinds child-safe?
Yes. We default to cordless mechanisms wherever possible, in line with current New Zealand safety guidance, so there are no looped cords within a child's reach. Motorised roller blinds are completely cordless and the safest option for homes with young children or pets. We'll talk through the safest control for each room at your measure.
Are roller blinds custom-made to fit my windows?
Every roller blind is custom-made to measure for your exact windows — we don't supply off-the-shelf sizes. Blinds can be recessed inside the window reveal or face-fitted over it, whichever gives the cleanest look and best light control for your room. Our team measures precisely at the free in-home visit so the finished blind fits properly.
How long does it take to get roller blinds made and installed?
Most jobs are installed within 2 to 4 weeks of you approving the quote, since each blind is made to order. We confirm the production timeline up front at your measure so there are no surprise delays, and our own fitters handle the installation.
Do you cover my area, and is there a warranty?
We're Auckland-based and service Auckland and surrounding suburbs, including the North Shore and East Auckland — get in touch and we'll confirm coverage for your address. Every roller blind is expertly fitted and carries a 3-year warranty from the date of installation against genuine manufacturing or material defects.
